Services
I offer trauma-informed services to help you realign with your true self and purpose in this life. You can select from several pathways: somatic therapy, ancestral healing, and spiritual awakening. We can start on one pathway and navigate to another as you feel you need more support in another area.

Pathways

1
Somatic Therapy
I am here to support you wherever you are on your embodiment journey. I draw upon my lineage of Eastern somatic practices. An overstimulating world can make it even more difficult to get out of our heads and release our dependence on unhealthy dynamics.
-
Boundary-setting, trauma-bonding, codependency/narcissism

-
Internal family systems, inner child work

-
Grief work, dream work, and shadow integration

-
Somatic work: meditation and mindfulness, energy protection, somatic awareness and experiencing, breathwork

-
Personalized relaxation playlists and resource recommendations
2
Ancestral Healing
Each of us holds ancestral patterning in not only our DNA but in our emotional and psychological templates which contain both gifts and generations worth of hurt. I am here to help you release what needs to be freed and reclaim what is yours:
-
Our ancestors want to guide us and we can connect with them through our bodies

-
Ancestral resourcing: diasporic storytelling, cultural reconnection
-
Decolonization and reindigenization work, belonging to the lands you reside on
-
Ritual work is a helpful tool for connecting with deeper parts of yourself
3
Spiritual Awakening
If you are being called to awaken, know that it can be a painful process but only because identities we have become attached to have to die before we can be reborn as our true selves. Although everyone is on their own journey, I will meet you where you are to help you make sense of what you are going through and reduce unnecessary suffering.

-
Stages of awakening: confusion, loss, grief, peace, truth, and love

-
Daoist and Buddhist concepts and practices

-
Emotional release work: grief, anger, bliss, fear, empowerment

-
Managing sensory sensitivities: sensory deprivation, honoring stims, need for alone vs. dyadic vs. group time, prioritizing goals, scheduling downtime

-
Nervous system regulation and somatic exercises
